Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced Medicare recertification survey completed December 7, 2020 at The Physical Therapy Institute Inc. parent location in Washington, PA and extension location in Pittsburgh, PA, the agency was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 485.727, Subpart H, Conditions of Participation for Clinics, Rehabilitation Agencies, and Public Health Agencies as Providers of Outpatient Physical Therapy - Emergency Preparedness.

Washington, PA and a sister location at: 1748 Jancey St. Pittsburgh, PA, were determined to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 485, Subpart H, Conditions of Participation for Clinics, Rehabilitation Agencies, and Public Health Agencies as Providers of Outpatient Physical Therapy.
